These terms apply to every TMAIN dealer (business) account. By ticking the acceptance box and submitting a dealer application, the applicant confirms that it has read, understood and agrees to be bound by them.
1. Eligibility and approval
Dealer accounts are available only to businesses legally registered in Jordan. TMAIN Security Systems ("TMAIN", "we") may request supporting documents, verify them, and approve, decline or revoke any application or account at its sole discretion and without stating a reason.
2. Accuracy of information
The applicant warrants that all information and documents submitted are true, complete and current, and that the person submitting the application is authorised to bind the business. The dealer must notify TMAIN promptly of any change to its registration, ownership, contact details or authorised persons.
3. Account security and responsibility
The dealer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its login credentials and for all activity that occurs under its account, whether or not authorised by the dealer. Credentials must not be shared with any third party. The dealer must notify TMAIN immediately at info@tmain-jo.com of any unauthorised access or suspected breach. TMAIN is not liable for any loss arising from the dealer's failure to protect its credentials.
4. Orders placed through the account
Every order submitted through the dealer account is deemed to have been placed by, and with the full authority of, the dealer. The dealer is legally and financially responsible for all such orders, including payment in full, regardless of which individual placed them. An order becomes binding once it is confirmed by TMAIN. Orders may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except with TMAIN's written agreement.
5. Pricing and payment
Dealer prices are confidential, may change without notice, and apply only to orders placed through the account. All prices are in Jordanian Dinar and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise. Payment is due on the terms stated on the invoice. TMAIN may suspend the account and withhold deliveries while any amount is overdue. Title to goods passes only on receipt of full payment.
6. Loyalty credit
Quarterly loyalty credit is governed by the Dealer Loyalty Program Terms, including the quarterly target set for each account. Credit may be used only against future orders, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is forfeited if the account is closed or suspended for breach.
7. Resale and brand use
Products are supplied for resale and installation within Jordan. The dealer must not use the IMOU, SONOFF or TMAIN names, logos or marketing materials in any way that implies it is an official distributor or agent, and must not sell through channels or in a manner that damages the brands' reputation.
8. Warranty
Products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of TMAIN's invoice, covering manufacturing defects only, subject to the manufacturer's warranty conditions. The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, physical damage, moisture, power surges or unauthorised repair. Warranty claims must be submitted through TMAIN with the original invoice. TMAIN's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product. TMAIN is not responsible for the dealer's installation work or any warranty the dealer gives to its own customers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMAIN is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data, arising from the account, the website or any order. TMAIN's total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Suspension and termination
TMAIN may suspend or close the account at any time for breach of these terms, overdue payment, inactivity, misuse, or for any other reason on notice. The dealer may close its account at any time by written request. Termination does not affect amounts already owed.
11. Data
Account and transaction data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The dealer consents to TMAIN verifying submitted documents with the relevant authorities.
12. Changes
TMAIN may amend these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the account after an update constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction.
